Great British Baking Show ™ - Judging
Voice-over: "Dylan misread the rules for this challenge and has been practicing completing it in just two hours rather than three."
Dylan: "I can't believe I didn't read it properly.
Voice-over: "To deliver 60 breakfast pastries in what he thought was just two hours, Dylan planned just one design. A croissant, one batch with a hazelnut creme patissiere and another with cinnamon."
Paul Hollywood: "They don't look as neat as I expected them to look. They are a bit of a mess."
Prue Leith: "Well, they're certainly well filled."
Paul Hollywood: "Certainly hiding a multitude of sins, isn't it?"
Paul Hollywood: "So they're not as honeycomb as I want. That bit's all right in the middle. It just need longer to prove."
Prue Leith: "Yes, needed longer proving. Hmmm, that tastes like tahini. The hazelnut paste doesn't quite work and it's just sloppy."
Paul Hollywood: "And I'm not convinced that just piping a load of stuff inside a croissant, destroying what you essentially spent hours trying to build up is what you should have done."

About The Great British Baking Show ™
The Great British Bake Off ™ (often abbreviated to Bake Off or GBBO and referred to in the United States as The Great British Baking Show ™) is a streamed British baking competition, in which a group of amateur bakers compete against each other in a series of rounds, hoping to impress the judges with their baking skills. One contestant in The Great British Baking Show ™ is eliminated in each round, and the winner is selected from the three contestants who reach the final.
The Great British Baking Show ™ operates on a weekly elimination process to find the best all-around baker from the contestants, who are all amateurs. In each episode, the bakers are given three challenges based on that week's theme: a signature bake, a technical challenge, and a show-stopper. The bakes are assessed by the judges who then choose a "Star Baker" for the week, and a contestant is also eliminated. In the final round, three bakers are left and a winner is chosen from the three.
