Queen Victoria's Mango Strawberry Crown
Great British Baking Show ™ - Judging
Candice: "I am doing two different meringues. One of them, I'm adding white caster sugar, and the other one will have golden caster sugar."
Vocie-Over: "Her two different meringues will make three tiers of pavlova filled with prosecco soaked strawberries, mango curd, gold dusted fasalis and glittered pistachios. Then there's a fourth tier, inspired by the tiny crown of Queen Victoria."
Mary Berry: "You've chosen to do quite a lot of different things. You've got to do it all in the time."
Paul Hollywood: "I think it looks great. I was a bit worried about this little crown on the top, how you were going to get it off the moulds, but you managed to get it off okay. It looks impressive and I love the way you've got so many flavors there."
Mary Berry: "I didn't think you'd finish, but you did."
Paul Hollywood: "Oof. You can actually feel the texture of the meringues all the way down. Oh, the way it's holding is quite impressive. It's actually staying in one piece. And what a piece of meringue that is. Wow. Your curd. Lovely. The meringue, it's got a lovely softness in the middle. There's so many textures in there and the flavors are quite sharp. And you've got the nuts in there as well, which adds something to it. Wonderful."

About The Great British Baking Show ™
The Great British Bake Off ™ (often abbreviated to Bake Off or GBBO and referred to in the United States as The Great British Baking Show ™) is a streamed British baking competition, in which a group of amateur bakers compete against each other in a series of rounds, hoping to impress the judges with their baking skills. One contestant in The Great British Baking Show ™ is eliminated in each round, and the winner is selected from the three contestants who reach the final.
The Great British Baking Show ™ operates on a weekly elimination process to find the best all-around baker from the contestants, who are all amateurs. In each episode, the bakers are given three challenges based on that week's theme: a signature bake, a technical challenge, and a show-stopper. The bakes are assessed by the judges who then choose a "Star Baker" for the week, and a contestant is also eliminated. In the final round, three bakers are left and a winner is chosen from the three.
