Dry-aged Foods

In episode 6 of Season 14 of MasterChef ™, we saw the home cooks tasked with cooking with dry-aged ingredients. Some of these are obvious (cured meats, balsamic vinegar) but some were more of a surprise. The 'dry aged pantry' included all of these dry-aged ingredients:
New York Strip
Ribeye Steak
Balsamic Vinegar
Black Garlic
Blue Cheese
Prosciutto
Pecorini
Pancetta
Salmon
Olive Oil
Stilton Cheese
