Padma Lakshi: "How did you cook the rice? Did you cook it with the coconut milk?"

Chef Dawn: "Yes, I cooked a little bit a day before, finished in coconut rice, added a little bit of vanilla salt." 

Tom Colicchio: "Vanilla salt? It was probably as sweet as May's dessert, and I actually found there to be quite a bit of sweetness in the stew too." 

Lorna Makeso: "That stew was incredible, but unfortunately, it wasn't about that today. It was about the rice."
