"Laura, can I ask you, where did that dish start?"

Laura: "Yeah. It actually comes from, like, the tamal. The masa basically."

Judge: "Okay. The haroset, you know, the cooked component of it just softened everything, so it just felt texturally like one soft scoop."

"It felt like there was a few different dishes going on all on this one plate. And if you had focused a little bit more on just a couple of them, you could have had a really beautiful dish in there somewhere."
