Judges: "Manny, that dish could have worked on a normal setting where you get to freeze it and bread it and the whole thing. It sounds like you're trying to do something that is impossible and hoping that it works. "

Chef Manny: "Yes, chef."

Judges: "The potato itself was under seasoned. Just the general idea of taking this fry thing and then dousing it in gravy did not help the cause whatsoever."

Judges: "Did you do anything to the curds besides put them on the plate?"

Chef Manny: "I did not have time."
