Judges' Comments

Dan: "I thought for sure I was on the bottom. I've never disrespected a piece of fish like that."

Judge "But was that the intention, to, like, shred it into larger pieces?"

Dan: "I did, because I don't particularly like fish boils, so I wanted to do something that was completely different and maybe, like, put my own spin on it."

Judges: "I thought it was a good way because the fish was so bland that, like, using the broth, you got some flavor in there."

"I've had peanut slaw before, but you obviously, you know, re-invented it. I really loved it. All of you (three winners) did really great slaw."
