Comments from the Judges

Chef Kevin: "I got caught with the heat and the time. I don't know what to say."

Judges: ":I think, Kevin, the ratio of the breading to the filling was off.

Chef Kevin: "Yeah. I had to double because it was getting hot, so my inside was melting, so I had to make a double coating."

Judges: :It was a bit under seasoned. Those flavors aren't going to come through. When you're dealing with a texture like that in the summer season, it makes it further unpleasant. So why did you choose to do a croquette at all?"

Chef Kevin: "I don't want to make any cliche at all, but, I mean, in American cornfield, something like that, I was like, let's fry my cheese. You know what I mean?"

Judges: "We were looking for cheese, not fried stuff."
