Mango and Chilli

The judges were skeptical about this combination, especially since it was used to create a jam in a sweet biscuit, but it was an enormous success.

Antony used ... (chilli paste? gochujang? chilli powder?  and what was the ratio of chilli to mango? Answers coming soon)

Interestingly, in Series 12, Episode 3 (Bread Week) Dave used mango and chilli in his Showstopper bread.
