The judges loved the dish and Paul Hollywood praised the blend of textures. Initially he said that the black pepper didn't come through, but Jürgen insisted that the taste would hit slowly. In the end, Jürgen sang to the judges, asking them to be patient and during the song Paul Hollywood shouted "I'm tasting the black pepper!"
