Redcurrants are not often seen in any form in the US, but Amazon sells a really great French redcurrant jam. This is a lovely sharp fruit that makes a perfect jam (jelly) and accompanies citrus fruits well - it also complements lamb, and duck, in cooking. Well worth having a jar on your pantry shelves.
