Voive-over: "Ohio native Brad unwinds from stressful days in court as an attorney by baking his late mother's recipes. Hoping to make a strong case for his home state flavors, Brad's bars will feature layers of chocolate, shortbread, peanut butter mousse, and Ohio buckeye filling."
Brad: "The buckeye tree is the state tree of Ohio. And they drop off nuts that are about that big, and they're dark brown with a light brown center. And so we make buckeye cookies, peanut butter rolled into a ball, then dipped in chocolate coating."
Paul Hollywood: "They look a bit all over the place. I mean, they're uniform, but they're uniformly all over the place. Not neat enough for me."
Prue Leith: "Did you dip them all?"
Brad: "Yes, they were all dipped."
Paul Hollywood: "I really do like the flavour. The peanut level is amazing."
Prue Leith: "I just think the biscuit is too dry. It's like eating cocoa powder."
Paul Hollywood: "It needs to be worked a little bit more to bind it together. It is like a crumble, actually, in your mouth. It's not a biscuit as such, but I love the flavor."
