Ruoyun: "I'm putting condensed milk in for the milk candy that I'm doing. Part of the reason why I got into baking is just so that I could make things that I like to eat."


Voice-over: "Drawing inspiration from her favorite chinese candies, Royun's pistachio shortbread will be topped with raspberry jelly and a milk candy center."


Ruoyun: "And then the whole shell itself is a very dark chocolate."

Prue Leith: "Ruoyun, they look exquisite."


Paul Hollywood: "Your tempering is spot on. It's just perfect. Wonderful. Remind me what the creamy bit is."


Ruoyun: "So that's a milk candy. It's made out of very condensed milk."


Paul Hollywood: "I actually really like that. The sharpness coming from the freeze dried raspberries, as well as the raspberry and the biscuit. The whole thing, I just think is a delicious bar."

Texturally, it's perfect.




Best of all is the tempering of the chocolate and the thinness of the chocolate. It's wonderful. I'm so glad you guys like it.
