"It does look nice. It's pretty attractive and they're very uniform. They look really good."
Christiaan: "So we've got a chocolate chip pastry with a cocoa craquelin on top. And then inside we've got a Kirsch and cherry jam and a kirsch and chocolate namaleka. And on the outside we have some Kirsch chili cream.
Judge: "It's quite boozy."
Christiaan: "It is quite boozy."
Paul Hollywood: "It is strong, but you can get away with it with that. And actually I tried it with some of the cream on the outside and you do need that cream with the chocolate inside as well. Together, it's beautiful. And it really screams the Black Forest gateau as well. So I think you've done really well. Really well."
