Henry: "Just the existence of the bun."
Voice-Over: "Henry's swapping cinnamon for cardamom, almond and chocolate creme patisserie to celebrate his swedish buns. And he'll be twisting them into classic cardamomabulla shapes."
Paul Hollywood: "So I think your flavours are good. The proving's good, the bake's good, the colour's good, the technique's good, the flavour's lovely. Yeah. My only gripe is the size difference, but nevertheless ... (gives a handshake)."
