Dylan: "I bake my meringues in a mold (mould). I've practiced it loads of times, but every time they crack, someone wise would probably change the idea. But I'm just going to keep trying!"

Voice-over: "If his plan succeeds, Dylan's meringue nests will take the form of coconut shells filled with coconut bavarois and topped with rum soaked Genoese sponge."

Paul Hollywood: "They look spectacular. That is really clever. Does look like coconut. Like an illusion."

Dylan: "There's a coconut bavarois with some passionfruit in there and then cubes of rum soaked genoise sponge.

Paul Hollywood: "You do get the coconut coming through. The bavarois is nice. That's got a beautiful texture to it."

"You've got texture, flavor, look of it."

"You've done something quite unique. (Gives a Hollywood Handshake.)

"It's original and it's delicious."
