Sweet Autumnal Pie
Alison Hammond: "For your signature bake, the judges would like you to bake a comforting, sweet autumnal pie.
Noel Fielding: "Now, your autumnal pie must have melt in the mouth pastry, and the filling must celebrate seasonal and autumnal flavors and produce. You have 2 hours and 45 minutes."
Paul Hollywood: "It's autumn week in the Bake off tent, and we're celebrating everything connected with harvest time. The signature bake this week is a sweet autumnal pie. So I'm looking for some really lovely fruit and for wonderful pastry. And this week we're throwing one more thing in - we're asking the bakers to use vegetables in their cakes."
Prue Leith: "It's about delicacy. It's finding the balance, and that can be tricky. I want the bakers to make a great pie for me. If it's half as good as my mother's, I'd be happy."
