Anna: "I made a brown butter coffee flavored cake with salted caramel frosting, chocolate whipped cream, and chocolate ganache.



Oil-Poached Aged Snapper

Oil-Poached Aged Snapper with Aged Chorizo Sauce and Lemon Herbed Fragola


Joe Bastianich: "This dish had sophisticated techniques. Please come forward, Anna." 


Anna (to the camera) "I'm feeling very excited. I feel like I took some risks. I really hope I can get my generation the immunity pin and win the challenge." 


Anna (to the judges): "I made olive oil poached dry aged snapper with a chorizo sauce and lemon scented fragola."



Pan-Seared Duck

Anna: "My name is Anna, and I'm a tech director. Today I made a pan seared duck breast with purple potato puree, pickled beets, brussels sprouts, and red wine butter sauce."


Judges: "All right, let's take a look. Tableside service. I love it. That's very millennial. This looks like something I would be served in a very high end restaurant. A lot of really beautiful pops of color."


"A lot of complex techniques. Maybe it's too much, but I hope it tastes as good as it looks."
