After nearly three decades as a flight attendant, Warren was able to taste food all over the world. Now he’s ready to be the chef!"

Brazilian Fish Stew

Brazilian Fish Stew with Steamed Rice and Avocado Salad


Warren: "I made brazilian fish stew with prawns and halibut with rice and avocados, and the chilies I used were cabal, black pepper, and sriracha."



Coffee-crusted Veal Chop

Warren: "I made a coffee crusted veal chop on a parsnip puree with a coffee roasted cabbage and a red wine coffee infused reduction sauce.



Dry-Aged New York Strip

Dry Aged New York Strip with Cauliflower and Aged Pecorino Purée and Arugula and Aged Balsamic Vinaigrette Salad


Gordon Ramsay: "Please make your way down. Warren, let's go." 


Warren (to the judges): "I made an aged New York strip served on top of a cauliflower puree with aged pecorino cheese and arugula salad covered with aged balsamic vinaigrette." 

Chicken Piccata

Warren: "I'm Warren. I'm 70 years old. I made a chicken piccata with a puree of mashed potatoes, pan roasted asparagus, and a lemon fennel vinaigrette."
