What is Rabri?
Rabri is a sweet treat based on condensed-milk, and originates from the Indian subcontinent. It is made by boiling condensed milk on low heat for a long time until it becomes dense and changes its colour to off-white or pale yellow. Jaggery (Indian sugar), spices, and nuts are added to it to give it flavor. It is usually chilled and served as a dessert.
