"Okay, the second dish we need to taste is from the south. It's from a cook who concerned us with both their seasoning and their plating. Kendall."

"All right, tell us what this dish is."

Chef Kendal: "At our local county fair, we walk around eating the chicken on a stick, so I made a herb roasted chicken kebab with a potato croquette and a bacon wrapped asparagus."

Judges: "Is the proportion of each item intentional, or is it just kind of random?"

Chef Kendal: "Just kind of random. I really and truly kind of threw it together at the end."

Judges: "You can definitely see that. The cook on the chicken is delicious, but, you know, when you get a chance to make a croquette, put some bacon and cheese in the center. So it's an exceptional croquette."

"I think those croquettes are crispy on the outside, but zero seasoning, which is very un-Southerly of you. I like the seasoning on the kebabs. I think you lost your vision for what it might have been. It's not terrible. I would eat it, but it's lacking in opinion."
