"The final dish, of course, hails from the west. This dish shows tremendous depth of flavor. Please step forward. James."

"James, what's the dish?"

Chef James: "The dish is a mushroom festival burger and a nice garlic aioli, some arugula, some wild mushrooms, and finish it off with caramelized onions."

Judges: "Perfection."

"I have no comment. It's really that good for me. I just think the magic in this burger lies in that everything is in balance. Mushrooms, especially when you were using powder that can totally obliterate the natural essence of the beef, and it didn't."

"This burger's got attitude. You know, the blend of the patty with a ratio of fat to beef, absolutely spot on. The cookie is exceptional. Okay? And trust me, I know a good burger a mile away. Well done."
