Spicy Fried Pork Chop

Ingredients
1 egg
1 cup crushed bran flakes
1 tspn sumac
1 tspn za'atar
1 tspn smoked rice flour
zest of 1 lemon
0.5 tspn salt
4 bone-in pork chops
0.25 cups olive oil
Instructions
1) Beat the egg in a shallow bowl. Mix the crumbled bran flakes with the suman, za'atar, rice powder, lemon zest and salt. Dip the chops in the egg and then press them into the seasoned crumbs to coat thoroughly
2) In a large pan or skillet, heat the olive oil. Add the chops and fry over moderate heat, turning occasionally, until golden brown and cooked through, about 10 minutes.
