This has to be just about the easiest recipe imaginable, and seems to be universally loved.
This is a great dish - completely forgiving. Lovely served with creamy mashed potatoes and a green salad.
It's especially easy if you have a cast iron pan (skillet) because there'll be only one pan and a spoon to was up!
Melt the butter, then add the mustard and honey. If you use salted butter, then generally this dish won't need any extra seasoning.
Any cut of chicken can be used for this dish. I've used thigh, drumstick and breast, bone-in or boned, and with or without skin. You'll want to modify your cooking times if you're using bone-in chicken.
