Hot Water Crust Pastry

If you want a really crisp pastry, especially if your filling will be wet, then hot water crust pastry is the one to use. It's fairly easy to add flavor to this pastry - for example

• mustard

• nutritional yeast

• cumin

• crushed black peppercorns
