Peas make such lovely dishes - they bring their own color and sweetness to soups, rice, pasta etc. This is a great recipe to use for the basis of your cooking.

Ingredients for about 12 tablespoons
1 bag frozen peas
1 tablespoon heavy cream
dill (use the top 3 inches, furthest from the stem)
Bring a pan of water to the boil, with a tiny bit of salt and a pinch of sugar. When its at a rolling boil, add the frozen peas. Bring back to the boil for a full minute. Drain.
Liquidize the peas with the cream and the dill (use scissors to cut the dill into short lengths). Blend for a long time, until the mixture is completely smooth.
Season to taste. It will need salt unless you're using it in a dish that is already salty.
