Joe Thomas: "I'm going to make lemon and lime Jaffa cakes, which is sort of the flavours I always liked when I was a kid. So I'm going to put lime jelly, lemon sponge, have a bit of lemon zest in it, and then the topping is green chocolate, because, as Darren Brown will tell you, that will taste like lime, even though it's just green. I'm going to trick them."

Hoping to put a spell on the judges, Joe shaped his jaffa cakes into lime wedges packed with a punch munchy flavor they won't forget.
