Mike's Lemon and Sultana Half-and-Half Cheesecake
Mike Wozniak: "I'm using an old family recipe. About 20 years ago, my mother changed from making it quite lemony to baking it with sultanas in it. My twin sister has a fear of concealed raisins, currants and sultanas and was horrified and couldn't eat it. So my mission today is to try and make a two-tone cheesecake."
Mike baked a cheesecake of two halves, one side with sultanas, the other without.
He followed his mother's citrus winning recipe for both sides and construct a dividing biscuit wall and base.
