Deborah Meaden: "So this is a vegan cheesecake. Oh, it looks horrible, doesn't it?"

Paul Hollywood: "It does, yeah."

Prue Leith: "Well, there doesn't seem to be a lot wrong with it, except the color, so let's hope that it tastes good."

Paul Hollywood: "Actually, I quite like it. The cake's nice. I just think it just needed more of a kick of flavor."

Prue Leith: "I don't think it's the best cheesecake I've ever had, but it tastes nice."
