Mel B: "Well, I didn't want to just make, like, a traditional iced bun. I wanted it to have a bit of flavor. So I thought I'd take you back to, like, the Caribbean, where my dad's from. And they like rum there. Rum and raisins go well. It's good, right?"

Prue Leith: "Yeah, that is really good rum."

Paul Hollywood: "I like the colours. I like the abstract look to this one, but they feel a little bit underprooved, which makes them a little bit tight inside."

Prue Leith: "I like the flavour because you do actually get the rum in there as well. It needed another ten minutes in the proving drawer before it went in the oven, but I like it."
