Paul Hollywood: "What's the flavour?"

Mike Wozniak: "There's a bit of ginger in the biscuit and there's a bit of lemon zest."

Prue Leith: "Do you know, it tastes absolutely delicious. It' s only just set, but that's fine. I think I have to try the 'poisonous' side with the dried fruit." 

Paul Hollywood: "Mike, that's absolutely delicious. The base crumbles beautifully and yet it holds together. The top is so light on the mouth. I think it's a beautiful cheesecake."
