Paul Hollywood: "They're consistent in size. Right. But that red velvet cake is very soft. What did you put inside to mix with the red velvet?"
Spencer Matthews: "Vanilla buttercream. And they crumbled. So I put them in the freezer and it kind of felt okay."
Paul Hollywood: "It's been in the fridge, hasn't it, as well?"
Spencer Matthews: "It has just been in the fridge."
Paul Hollywood: "Probably not helped,"
Spencer Matthews: "Has it not?"
Prue Leith: "Yeah, the flavor is still delicious."
