Savannah attempts Tom's dish

Savannah: "I made a lobster stir fry. There's red fresnos in there. Bok choy, ginger, and garlic."


Tom Colicchio: "When you looked at the bottom of the bowl, there's no sauce. Why did you think you needed the sauce?"


Savannah, laughing: "I thought that you guys ate all the sauce, so I thought it would be saucy."


Gail Simmons: "We would really have to lick the bowl to do that."

"I found Savannah's presentation and how she described what she was doing incredibly thoughtful and with personal."


"Yeah, I do love the minimal-ness of everything. It's super clean. You can see everything. It's very well portioned. There's a lot of restraint there."


"What I don't care for is the octopus. The octopus, the texture is really mushy, and it's over-charred."
